CX Positioning Framework and Chatbot Persona

 WHAT 

The initial brief from the CX team was to create a chatbot, however they also wanted the chatbot to act as a mascot and extend to other forms of communication like help videos, site graphics, etc.

​

However, they were also looking to create a framework for CX projects and there was no existing way that CX was positioned within the larger PlayStation brand.

 

In tandem with the creation of a new, unique character that represented CX, I developed a brand positioning framework. Character design was explored by a group of designers, the chosen direction was created by Katarina Astner. 3D rendering was done by Diva Agency.
